Logistics issues DHL Singapore

Due to delays in Singapore, our warehouse is now in regular communication with DHL. Packages have been sitting in Singapore since October 16th 2021 for their first scan, however because of holidays, Covid-19, global logistics challenges, and a cancelled flights, there has been a delay in processing parcels.

Please be aware that your items were dispatched the same day or the next day after you obtained tracking. India Post delivers the items to DHL Singapore, where they are scanned for the first time. As a result, the status remains "Waiting for handover." until processed by DHL Singapore.

 Usually, shipments are processed in Singapore within 4-10 days after India Post picked up the parcel from our warehouse.

DHL has confirmed that it will begin processing on November 1st, 2021.
