Did not help with sleep or have hypnotic effect. Crushing three into powder did have hypnotic effect and helped with dozing off, but continued into the following afternoon. I am going to look at other options and would not try this again.

Well your kind of contradicting yourself you obviously have never been prescribed lunesta or even looked into it 1mg didn't work but "crushing three" worked and you had a pretty much b nzos hangover which aren't even bad I can't wait to try the 3mgs and zaleplon from this website I've used them for years spent alot of cash and it wasn't cause their medication was up to par maby you should find a doctor to give you melatonin as you don't seem to be naive to benzo or Z Class Hypnotics
