Tapentadol is a great pain killer in my opinion. It is stronger than tramadol but has similar affects. I used to love to get the Etizolam and Tapentadol combo back before India banned the exports of Etizolam. I wish they hadn't because that combo might seem like a deadly combo but the two work well together but I digress. This is strictly about Tapentadol. I'd say researchers are right. The potency is in the middle of Tramadol and Morphine with analgesia compared to Oxycodone so it is the real deal just not as addicting which is a good thing. This site I have bought from 4-7 times and I have had no issues. I screwed up the amount of Crypto I sent them. I shorted them a bit. The company told me to just send what was owed and they'd let it slide. I paid up and they dispatched it. After it sits in customs for a couple of weeks, I usually get mine to my mailbox hiccup free within 30-32 days after I make the purchase. Well worth the wait. The instant release was a bit too strong for me and wore off quickly so I'm giving these a chance, have been dealing with cancer on and off for three years with chirrosis trying to get a transplant, and this has been the only thing to kill the pain for me when it spikes badly and actually let me sleep.
